Summary:
Kamiyama high school is famous for having lots of clubs. Oreki Houtaro joined this school, following the foot steps of his sister, Oreki Tomoe. The classic club, was about to be dismissed due to the lack of members. However, Houtaro was forced to join this club by his sister to keep it from being disband. The club started out with 3 members, Chintanda Eru, the club president, Fukube Satoshi and Oreki Houtaro. And in the later episodes, Ibara Mayaka joined.
Houtaro is an average high schooler, or so he thinks, however he has a talent of looking at things from a different perspective. The show is about the mysteries and problems they faced and how Houtaro solved them. In the story, they also talk about the types of difficulties faced by people with different relationships.

I love this show. One of the rare shows that have no action involved but has captured much of my attention. I think that this show really gets you thinking. 
The first episode may not be as appealing to you, but as you watch, you get more and more attached to it.

I really love how this show is from a high schooler point of view. The mysteries that are solved are purely based on logical thinking, they are all believable and not something out of this world, Really classical. I also like how they have abit of romance in the show, and not all hard-core mystery, just enough to add some interest in a normal high schooler's life. 
Really love how they do illustrate the things as they talk in a very unique way.It's not just your normal flashback kind of illustration where they show you everything in detail. This really gets you to think what will happen next and also helps you piece the information together so that what comes next flows in nicely into you brain. Makes things less confusing and easier to take in.

However, this show may only appeal to the older or more mature people. Some things in this show are abit hard to understand, and maybe considered boring to the younger people.
You can say i had high expectations for this anime, but the ending totally ruined the whole anime. It ended so abruptly, there were many things that weren't made clear. I really hope there is a season two to fill in the missing pieces. Pieces about the relationship between Oreki and Eru, and Fukube and Mayaka. (since that valentines day incident they did not tell us clearly how's there relationship.) Though i think the main reason for them ending at such a weird episode (usually anime have 24 episodes) is because they are running out of ideas. I don't blame them since these kind of mysteries are hard to think of. If you ask me, i would never be able to come out with a sensible one.
