Summary:
Do you know when you are going to die? Michiru Kita does, as she has the ability to see the ring of death around people's necks. The darker the ring, the closer to death someone is. She notices that two boys in her class, Chika Akatsuki and Shito Tachibana, have completely black rings. Seeking to warn them of their impending demise, she stumbles onto their secret: they are already dead, but they are kept alive due to a contract with Zombie-Loan. Of course, nothing comes without a price. The boys must hunt down and destroy zombies; seeking to use Michiru's "Shinigami Eyes" to help them in their endeavor.

The first impression this anime gave was that it was stupid. Because in the first part, I cannot see how the main girl can actually faint when she takes of her glasses or when she sees the black ring. In the beginning  the anime makes it seem that Chika was the main guy, but after that, the whole case seem to focus mainly on Shito. I think instead of showing Shito's case, they should have a main case focusing on Chika. Or they could have cut some cases and fit Shito's one there. Because I find that with all the random hints about Shito, I feel that the anime is really incomplete without showing the whole incident about Shito's past.
I also did not like the ending at all. They should continue it. I bet it's going to be super nice, and they also have not really revealed all about Shito's past. One thing i really disliked about this anime was that they did not explain clearly about all the Shinigami (death god), dark ring around their necks and how does zombie loan really operates.
What i really like was the unique idea. It's not a thing that you see everyday. Not the typical but still main stream. As i watched, i realized i could not stop till i watched till the end. 
I want a 2nd season, and I'm sure that the 2nd season's plot would be a whole not nicer than this.
