Kuroko no Basuke Drama CD Volume 2 - Summary

Kuroko no Basuke Drama CD Volume 2
Featuring Kise Ryouta

This happened after the Seirin vs Kaijou practice match.

The track starts out with Kise Ryouta walking on the streets. He sees a department store and decides to go in to check out the clothes. He meets Kasamatsu and they asks each other what the other was doing there. Kasamatsu says that he was there to set up a practice match for next Monday. Kise then asks happily if it was against Seirin, and Kasamatsu replied saying that they just had a match the other day. Kasamatsu then makes a guess on what Kise was there for, asking if it's his modelling jobs again. Kise says 'yes' and Kasamatsu then goes on telling him to keep it minimal.

Kise asks Kasamatsu as to what he was holding, to which Kasamatsu replied that it's a tissue (advertisement) that he got around there. Kise then wonders if Kasamatsu is working part-time handing out tissue papers, in responds to that, Kasamatsu gives him a huge kick Kasamatsu then said he was interested in seeing the sport corner on the 10th floor of that department store (as advertised on the tissue), which states that limited edition basketball shoes were 80% off. Kise gets all excited and pulled Kasamatsu into the department store.

Kagami and Kuroko is walking in the department store. Kagami said that it's really huge and asks Kuroko where is the sports department. Kuroko then complains asking why he has to accompany Kagami to buy Kagami's Basketball shoes. Kagami replies saying that there are too many types to choose from and wants Kuroko to help him out with the selection.

Kagami then warns Kuroko to not get lost in the department store, because it'd be impossible for Kagami to find Kuroko in that crowd. After a second of saying that, Kagami realises that Kuroko already went missing.

The scene switches back to Kise's point of view, where he spots Kuroko loitering around the cosmetic department. He then goes running towards Kuroko. They both exchanged greetings. Kuroko then asks Kise and Kasamatsu what they were doing there. Kasamatsu just gave a vague replying saying 'just some stuff'. Kise then asks Kuroko what he was doing infront of the cosmetic department, and went to to guess that Kuroko was buying a present for his girlfriend. Kuroko then just coldly says that he doesn't have a girlfriend, and went on to explaining that he got separated from Kagami.

Just at the time, Kagami scolds Kuroko from afar, while walking towards him. Kuroko then rebutted saying that it was Kagami that got lost, Kagami then said 'no matter how you look at it, it was you who got lost.' After realising Kasamatsu and Kise was there, he asked why they were there. Kise then teased Kagami saying 'I heard you got lost, Kagami-cchi'. Kagami then replied saying that he didn't and once again asks him to stop adding a 'cchi' behind his name. Kuroko then said that it shows that Kise acknowledges Kagami. But Kagami said he didn't like it.

Kise asks if Kuroko and Kagami are having an off day today, and Kuroko replied saying yes, and that Kagami was here to do some shopping. Kagami then said that Kuroko should also buy something since they are here. Kasamatsu then did a speculation and thought that they were also here for the discounted limited edition basketball shoes, telling them that he 'wouldn't let them get ahead of him'. Kise then also went into battle mode.

The clueless Kagami and Kuroko then wondered what's wrong with the two of them and said that they were both 'creepy'. Kise then asks them if they had forgotten about 'that' thing from the other day. Kagami seemed like he figured out what Kise was after, and starts telling Kuroko that they were running away. Kuroko - still clueless about what happened - just stood there, making Kagami drag him along. Kuroko then tells Kagami that he was hurting him, and told him to let go. Kagami then forces Kuroko to run. Clueless by their behavior, Kise shouted - asking them why they were running away, and chased after them. Kasamatsu stays behind and shouted after Kise that he'll just go without him.

The scene switches to the running Kagami and Kuroko, in which Kuroko asks Kagami what's happening all of a sudden. Kagami then just said to just run, and that they should go upstairs. Kise could be heard chasing and shouting after them, from behind. Kagami then panicked and said that they were going to use the escalator. Kuroko then said that this escalator was going downwards, not upwards. Kagami said that it doesn't matter, and started climbing the downward moving escalator.

Seeing that Kise, was hurt that they were going through such lengths to run away from him.

Having thought to have shaken Kise off, Kuroko then tries to asks Kagami why he was running away from Kise. Kagami then started to explain, saying that it's bad for them to meet with Kaijou people now.

Just as Kagami was trying to explain himself, Kise comes shouting from behind. Kagami then wonders why he was able to catch up with them. Kuroko then says that it was because Kagami decided to climb the downward escalator. Kagami then says that if it has come to this, then they should take the elevator. Kuroko then rebuts telling Kagami to let him off, in an annoyed tone, saying that he is tired. Kagami then says that it wasn't just his issue, and that Kuroko was also involved in it. Kuroko tries to get Kagami to explain, but Kagami just pulls him along.

Kise behind then says that he wouldn't let them off, and that ever since that day, he had been running.

Kise, seeing the closing elevator doors, ran for it, but still misses it by a few seconds. He watches the elevator, and sees it going up. He then concluded that Kagami and Kuroko were competing against him and Kasamatsu to see who can get the limited edition shoes first. Kise then runs off to the stairs, thinking that he could still beat them running up 10 levels.

Kagami and Kuroko then comes out from their hiding spot (probably under some plastic near the elevator). Kagami was then pleased that he was able to trick Kise. Kuroko then says that he was worried about the Kise who let himself be bluffed by such a simple trick. The annoyed Kuroko then continues to asks Kagami about what's happening. Kagami then explains that on the other day when they had a practice match, he broke the hoop with his dunk. Kuroko then nods saying that Kagami got annoyed because they only used half a court. Kagami then rebutted saying that it was Kuroko to told him to do that. Kagami conitnued explaining saying that because of that, the coach was demanding for compensation. Kuroko asks how much did he demand, and Kagami said 'half a million' (about 4,500 USD). Kuroko then commented saying that it's quite a hefty sum. Kagami then complained saying that there is no way he can pay that amount because he is just a high school student. Kuroko then added saying that Kagami should have quite a lot of money because he always eats a mountain load of burgers. Kagami rebuts saying that he didn't have that kind of money, and that food was a different story. In conclusion, Kagami says that they couldn't afford to get caught and emphasizes that Kuroko was also part of it because it's a joint responsibility.

Kise arrives at the 10th floor and Kasamatsu calls out to him. Kise then asks Kasamatsu if Kuroko and Kagami came by, and Kasamatsu says that they haven't. Kise then wonders if they were actually really aiming for the limited edition shoes. Kasamatsu then states that it seems like they didn't know that there was a bargain sale. Kise complains that it all the more didn't make sense, and he doesn't get why Kuroko had to runaway from him. Kise then summons his stubbornness and tries to get Kasamatsu to help him catch them. Kasamatsu tries to get out of the situation by asking why did he had to help. Kise follows by saying that they might be hiding some big secret away from them, and that he wants to expose that.

Kasamatsu then wonders if all the members of the Generation of Miracles were like Kise or Kuroko. He reluctantly helps Kise.

Kagami picks up and pair of jeans which he thought was quite good. But quickly comes back to the realization that it wasn't time for that. Kuroko then realizes something and tells Kagami that they could have just go back home without Kasamatsu and Kise knowing about it. Kagami replies saying that, then coming to the department store wouldn't have meant anything. Kuroko, sounding annoyed once again, said that it didn't have anything to do with him because it was Kagami who wants to shop.

Kise was then being heard shouting from afar. Kuroko then points out that Kasamatsu had joined the chase. Kagami then says that they were very persistent. Kise shouts Kuroko's name, to which Kuroko asks (in a cute and questioning voice) 'why me? Even though the one running away is Kagami-kun.' Kagami then reminded Kuroko that it's because they were both responsible for it. Kuroko then though of an idea, to which he calls it "if you want to hide a tree, hide it in a forest".

Kise walks around the area where he last saw Kagami and Kuroko, and wonders where they are hiding. Kasamatsu then points out that Kagami shouldn't have a place to hide because of his large structure. Kise then spots a mannequin and started observing it. 'For a mannequin, it's an oddly big size, and has a weird face, looks like someone I know, has red hair... Probably just my imagination... Lets go, Captain (Kasamatsu).' Kasamatsu pulls Kise back and tells him off that 'no matter how you look at it, it's Kagami!' When Kise realizes that it's Kagami, Kagami took of his disguise and complained to Kuroko that his plan didn't work. Kise then asks Kagami where Kuroko is, and Kagami gave him a fake answer, and ran off while Kise was trying to look for Kuroko.

Kagami shouts from afar, making fun of Kise, 'Hey! Idiot! If you think you can catch me, try it!' Which made Kise pissed and Kise went to chase after Kagami again. Kasamatsu wonders why Kise's so affected by Kagami's provocation. Kasamatsu then went on thinking about where Kuroko could be hiding, but gave up in an instant after determining that it was impossible for anyone to find Kuroko.

Turns out Kuroko was in the background the whole time without getting noticed.

When Kagami started feeling tired, and had stopped for a breath, Kuroko poops out from no where, but says that he was behind Kagami the whole time. Kagami then went on to talk about how Kise is as persistent as Kuroko, which made Kuroko think that Kagami was praising him (so he went on to say his thanks, while Kagami says that 'that wasn't a compliment'). Kuroko went on to voice his 'worries', saying that the method which they tried before wouldn't work anymore. To which Kagami rebuts that it didn't even work the first time. Kuroko, ignoring Kagami, says that if it's going on like this, they will soon get caught. Kagami then asks Kuroko if he has anymore ideas.

Kise finds them from afar and yells for them. In responds, Kagami starts running away again with all his might.

Kuroko then points out that the direction in which they are heading would led them to the female's lingerie corner. Kagami then says that he knows and that they were just going to go through it, running at full speed. A female's voice could be heard shouting 'AH! Pervert!' as they run pass the lingerie corner. But when Kise ran through, the same female could be heard saying 'Ah! How great!' After hearing that, Kagami wondered why the sound of the screams sounded so different before realizing that Kuroko had, once again, disappeared.

The chase continued with Kise chasing after Kagami, followed by Kasamatsu who was asking them what they were going to do about the limited edition shoes.

In the background, once again, Kuroko was there wondering why no one noticed him even though they all ran passed him.

Nearing his limit, Kagami slowed down - complaining that this was harder than his training yesterday. He then realizes that he was in the outdoor corner, which was really far fetched from what he came here for. Kuroko's voice could then be heard calling out for Kagami. Kagami looks around to search for Kuroko. Kuroko unzipped one of the tents, and climbed out of it. Kuroko stated that it was safe in the tent, and that they should come out with a plan.

Kagami goes into the tent, and complains that it's really small. Kuroko then says that it's because Kagami's too big. Just at that moment, Kise and Kasamatsu stood in front of their tent, which causes Kagami to panic, and Kuroko tries to calm Kagami down saying that they cannot be seen from outside.

Kise complains that both Kagami and Kuroko were very cold, and Kasamatsu replies telling him to accept the fact that they both don't like him. Kise then continues to sulk. Kasamatsu then asks Kise if he said something wrong just now. Kise then tries to remember what he said. Kasamatsu then deduced that they both started running away because Kise asks them if they 'remember about that'. Kasamatsu then asks Kise what did he mean by 'that'. Kise then replies 'if they remembered about my revenge (because he lost the practice match with Seirin.)' Kasamatsu then reminds Kise about how their coach was very angry about the broken hoop, and kept asking them to compensate for it, and that Kagami may have misunderstood that Kise said. Kasamatsu then continues saying that they had discussed about the incident and had resolved the issue, and that the screw was already loose from the beginning so it was a good thing that it broke before anything major happened. Kise then started whining saying that just because of that, it sent the 2 guy running away from him.

After hearing that, Kagami then realises that there wasn't a need to continue running away from Kaijou. But Kuroko beside him felt like it was all for nothing and was staring Kagami down for that. Kasamatsu then tells Kise that they can just explain to them about what happened the next time they meet them.

An announcement then plays, saying that the limited edition basketball shoes which were on sale were sold out, which causes Kasamatsu to snap at Kise, and started kicking Kise. Kise then lands on the tent infront of him (which was the one Kagami and Kuroko was in). Kise then finds Kagami and Kuroko. Kasamatsu then asks why they were hiding in the tent. Kagami then proudly says that they weren't hiding, and that chase just now wasn't because he was running away from Kise, but because he was aiming for the basketball shoes. Kuroko then corrects Kagami saying that what he said was wrong and he was running away because he thought that he was going to be made to pay for the broken hoop.

Kise then cried saying that he wouldn't say that kind of thing, and was really sad because he thought that they both hated him. Kuroko then apologizes and said that he wasn't part of it because Kagami dragged him into the situation. Kise then says that Kuroko was lying, and that he was using all his might to run away, because he kept disappearing without a word. Kagami then says that that's Kuroko's weapon (misdirection). Kasamatsu then stated that that was what caused them to have a hard time playing with Seirin.

Kise then declared that he will take revenge against Kuroko the next time. He says that from the beginning till now, he hasn't lost a match before and felt really down when he lost for the first time, so he will train even harder. Kuroko accepts Kise's revenge with a smile.

Kasamatsu then says that he will let it go since everyone has come into terms, and suggests that they all go for ramen. Kuroko then stopped all of them saying that 'because of the attack just now, the tent is totally ruin...' a whistle could be heard from afar, '... and now the security is coming towards us.'

Kagami, Kise, Kasamatsu: "Is this perhaps what you call a 'compensation'?!"
Kagami: "I don't have the money god damn it!"
Kise: "OH NO!!"

The 4 of them is then seen giving out tissue papers. Kasamatsu then complains asking why did he come all the way here just to give out tissue papers. Kagami then rebuts saying that it was because he had to kick Kise into the tent. Kasamatsu then says that Kise seems really lively for this.

Kise is surrounded by girls, and many of them came back for more packets of tissue (because of Kise). On the other hand, Kuroko tries to give out tissue papers but no one notices him. Kagami then says that Kuroko is useless, which made Kuroko annoyed and says that he is putting in effort. Kagami then says that only the results matter. Which made Kuroko even more annoyed saying that he could have went home anytime, and that it was all Kagami's misunderstanding that caused this.

Kise than happily says that he won Kuroko (in giving out tissue papers), which led Kasamatsu to rebut by telling him not to take back his 'revenge' in this way.

Yuri

Hi this is the voice of Kuroko Tetsuya, Ono Kensho.
It was understood in this episode that Kuroko isn't worked out for giving out tissue papers.
It was fun! Thank you.

Background: That's all?

Yea, that's all.
How about thanking the listeners.

Eh, I've already said it though...

Background: Ah, HAHAAHAHA As expected of Kuroko!

Then I'll just say it again... Thank you.

Sorry, I didn't realised you've said it already.

Eh... voice of Kagami Taiga, Ono Yuuki. Thank you. As for the tissue paper scene, it was only supposed to be done twice, but because of the way Ken-chan (Ono Kensho) did it, it was so funny they made him do it 4 times. In this episode, we can see abit of Seirin's and Kaijou's daily life, which made me happy. Because we had alot of fun recording this, I hope that everyone also had fun listening to it. Thank you very much.

Background: *claps* As expected (of Ono Yuuki).

Voice of Kasamatsu Yukio, Hoshi Souichirou, Pappi!

Background: Pappi!! haha this is fun.

Yep, this is fun right? Today... we... didn't play basketball right.

Background: HAHAHA

Either did we do any explanation relating to basketball.

Background: HAHAHA Usually we will have some explanations right.

Yea yea. A serious character (referring to his characters), as a disadvantage in this episode. Haha. We had a lot of fun doing this daily life episode. In the future, I hope to speak more in Kuroko no Basuke. Thank you.

Eh, in charge of the scream and announcer, I'm Yuri. Before I got the script to this drama CD, when I heard that there was going to be a drama CD, I thought that it was going to be hard showing basketball in a drama CD. Then I realised this was what they were talking about (that there wasn't any basketball scenes). It was really fun, thank you! From now on I'll be supporting you guys.

Background: Oh right, your doing the supporting. As a part of the audience.

Hi! This time's main character, Kise Ryouta's voice, Kimura Ryouhei.

Background: Cool! Featuring...

Oh yea, featuring Kise Ryouta. Yea, I'm honored. After doing this Drama CD, there is something I found out. Because there was no picture, and there was no '-su' (Kise's habit when talking), I didn't feel that I was being Kise.

Background: A Big pinch!

How was it everyone? Did I become Kise? Did you think of Kise? But, so as to not lose his sparkles, I tried really hard to be sparkly. The people who bought the DVD, and listened to this, are people who - i think - had enjoyed watching Kuroko Basuke, please continue to support Kuroko no Basule. Thank you very much!!

Otome Animes: Autumn 2016

I'm back for more posts on Otome Animes! For this season, I'll be covering 4 otome animes - Uta no Prince-Sama Ledgend Star, Magic-kyun Renaissance, Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru, and Watashi ga Motete Dousunda. While Uta no Prince-sama, and Magic-kyun is your typical music-idol type harem anime, Watashi ga Motete follows a slightly different path.

________________________________________

Uta no Prince-sama Ledgend Star

Basically it's the 4th season of Uta no Prince-sama, and a continuation from where season 3 left us off with. Only this time, instead of focusing on the two existing groups - Starish and Quartet Night, they will also be focusing on the 'enemy' group which had appeared before - Heavens.

I'm sure you guys already know the characters and voice actors of Starish, but I'll just list it down. P.S. I really like this season's OP.

(from the top right to bottom left)
  1. Ittoki Ootoya (Leader) - V.A. Terashima Takuma
  2. Hijirikawa Masato - V.A. Suzumura Kenichi
  3. Shinomiya Natsuki - V.A. Taniyama Kishou
  4. Ichinose Tokiya - V.A. Miyano Mamoru
  5. Kurusu Shou - V.A. Shimono Hiro
  6. Jinguuji Ren - V.A. Suwabe Junichi
  7. Aijima Cecil - V.A. Toriumi Kousuke

Quartet Night

(from the top right to bottom left)
  1. Kotobuki Reiji (Leader) - V.A. Morikubo Showtaro
  2. Kurosaki Ranmaru - V.A. Suzuki Tatsuhisa
  3. Mikaze Ai - V.A. Aoi Shouta
  4. Camus - V.A. Maeno Tomoaki

And finally the 'new' group - Heavens. The first 3 or 4 members have already been introduced in the previous seasons as the rivalry group that has bad attitudes, but I'm sure in this season they will show us a new light to them.

(from the top right to bottom left)
  1. Eiichi Ootori (Leader) - V.A. Midorikawa Hikaru
  2. Kira Sumeragi - V.A. Ono Daisuke
  3. Nagi Mikado - V.A. Yonaga Tsubasa
  4. Eiji Ootori - V.A. Uchida Yuuma
  5. Van Kiryuuin - V.A. Takahashi Hidenori
  6. Yamato Hyuuga - V.A. Kimura Ryouhei
  7. Shion Amakusa - V.A. Yamashita Daiki
Heavens seems to have a mixture of very popular senior voice actors and the more young and newbie voice actors.

Midorikawa Hikaru also plays Ayato Sakamaki in Diabolik Lovers. Though I have yet to hear much of his voice, I feel that his voice is pretty similar to Toriumi Kousuke, and they both give off very similar vibes.

As for Ono Daisuke, Yonaga Tsubasa, and Kimura Ryouhei, I'm definitely looking out for their voices. Though they are such good and prominent voice actors, I feel that because of the line up of this anime, it can get really clogged, and it doesn't really feature the voice actors.

Uchida Yuuma, who is known to be the brother of voice actress Uchida Maaya, has been gaining more attention as of late - a favorite of mine would be his role in Re:Life. Looking forward to seeing what he can do.

Yamashita Daiki has definitely been improving a lot lately, and his voice type is similar to Yonaga's voice (higher pitched voice). Though in the midst of all this good and charismatic voice actor line up, he has to step it up in order to make his voice more noticeable. Although I think that if he can give us the quality of voice acting he did in Boku no Hero Academia, it would be good enough.

Magic-kyun Renaissance

I've actually seen and heard some of their music before there was an announcement of an anime, and there was a PV made, which was really really good, so I'm kind of excited for this.
Magic-kyun is similar to Uta no Prince, and starts off about the same way. The main girl gets transferred into a 'magic' school, which is basically an arts school, and she possesses something 'special', which will bring the different characters together in the later part of the story.

(from the top right to bottom left)
  1. Rui Anjou - V.A. Hatano Wataru
  2. Kanato Hibiki - V.A. Eguchi Takuya
  3. Mone Tsukushi - V.A. Aoi Shouta
  4. Rintarou Tatewaki - V.A. Ono Yuuki
  5. Aoi Suminomiya - V.A. KENN
  6. Teika Ichijouji (Leader) - V.A. Umehara Yuuichirou
They then went on to introduce the different characters, and their talents.

Rui Anjou, voiced by Hatano Wataru, is a dancer, who seems like the 'player' in the group. Kind of similar to Jinguuji Ren from Uta no Prince (even their hair styles look kind of similar).

Kanato Hibiki, voiced by Eguchi Takuya, is a first year who plays the Cello.

I was pretty shocked when I heard Eguchi's voice, and kinda thought that his outlook was more of a Ono Yuuki voice. But I think it maybe a fun combination.

Mone Tsukushi, voiced by Aoi Shouta, specializes in painting (or drawing) in monochrome. Although he has a seemingly similar aura to Mikaze Ai from Uta no Prince, I feel that this character is something a little different from the characters which Aoi Shouta usually does, so I'm really looking forward to seeing how this character turns out.

Rintarou Tatewaki, voiced by Ono Yuuki, does wood carvings, although his talent is a little unknown right now, and no one can tell what he is making... I'm sure it'll come around. His character is unexpectedly short, and gives off a cuter image, which is kind of different from the impression which Ono Yuuki's voice give (I usually imagine a more 'fierce' looking and taller character.) But I think his character is adorable.

Aoi Suminomiya, voiced by KENN, specializes in calligraphy and is known to take calligraphy to another level, and seems to faint every single time he uses too much energy. He seems like the quiet character, which is something really different from KENN's usual characters. (I think it'll be quite fun to see Ono Yuuki voice this character).

Teika Ichijouji, voiced by Umehara Yuuichirou, focuses on singing (english?) songs. I honestly haven't really heard Umehara sing solo before, so I wasn't really anticipating him to be good at singing for anything, but he exceeded my expectations, and I thought his singing voice was really really nice.
Umehara, although probably the most inexperienced in this line up, has been gaining a lot of attention, and have been more involved in otome-related works. Overall, even though I feel that his emotional expressions could be improved, I'm really looking forward to seeing Teika, and hearing his voice.

Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru

Touken Ranbu is a very popular online game. Alongside the main series - Touken Ranbu which is to be aired next year (2017), they decided to animated Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru first. Which is kind of like the 'girly' version of the main series. So instead of 'hot', 'handsome' males, we have 'pretty' and 'cute' males.

Honestly when I first saw the PV I thought it was going to be full of females, so I was pretty surprised that they were male.

(from the top right to bottom left)
  1. Yamanbagiri Kunihiro - V.A. Maeno Tomoaki
  2. Kasen Kanesada - V.A. Ishikawa Kaito
  3. Ishikirimaru - V.A. Takahashi Hidenori
  4. Shokudaikiri Mitsutada - V.A. Satou Takuya
  5. Hachisuka Kotetsu - V.A. Okitsu Kazuyuki
  6. Souza Samonji - V.A. Tai Yuuki
  7. Shishou - V.A. Osaka Ryota
  8. Mutsunokami Yoshiyuki - V.A. Hama Kento
  9. Heshikiri Hasebe - V.A. Shingaki Tarusuke
  10. Tsurumaru Kuninaga - V.A. Saito Souma
  11. Imanotsurugi - V.A. Yamashita Daiki
  12. Gokotai - V.A. Kasuya Yuuta
  13. Maeda Toushirou - V.A. Irie Reona
  14. Yagen Toushirou - V.A. Yamashita Seiichirou
  15. Kashuu Kiyomitsu (Main) - V.A. Masuda Toshiki
  16. Yamatonokami Yasusada (Main) - V.A. Mitsuhiro Ichiki
A mixture of senior voice actors, voice actors I know, voice actors I don't know... All in all there are people who matches really well with their characters and people who don't quite match. So far I really like Yamashita's acting.

More characters will be added into the anime in the next few episodes, and it gets a little confusing here and there, and what's more is that they didn't really explain to us what is going on, and what are their purpose. So overall, this anime doesn't even have the foundations laid down. There are a lot of doubt, and it doesn't really reflect well on the anime.

Watashi ga Motete Dousunda

Watashi ga Motete Dousunda was written by a BL author, who decided to write a story of a fujoushi and her harem. It's a little different from your normal Otome setting, and contains a little bit of BL material. Basically many fujoushis can probably relate to this anime a lot.

So the main girl starts off as someone who will and can never be popular, because of how she looks (basically she's fat and ugly), but she even if she gets treated badly, she doesn't really care much because she loves to take the 'observer' role (what fujoushis does best). But one day her life changes when she slims down due to a depression period she was having due to her favorite anime character dying. She becomes a pretty and slim girl, who starts getting attention from 4 different guys.

(from the top right to bottom left)
  1. Yuusuke Igarashi - V.A. Ono Yuuki
  2. Nozomu Nanashima - V.A. Koumoto Keisuke
  3. Hayato Shinomiya - V.A. Matsuoka Yoshitsugu
  4. Asuma Mutsumi - V.A. Shimazaki Nobunaga
I was kind of shocked with Nobunaga's and Matsuoka's characters. While I'm pleasantly surprise with Nobunaga's character, and thought he really suited the character, I wasn't too sure about Matsuoka's character. I don't think his voice can ever be that cute yet fierce type, but it may all play out all right in the end.

Ono Yuuki and Koumoto on the other hand felt like they were in their element (though I think it'll be interesting if they both switched). I haven't really heard Koumoto much, so I'm looking forward to his voice acting.

Overall, except Uta no Prince, I feel that Watashi ga Motete Dousunda is by far the most interesting anime, followed by Magic-kyun. Although currently Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru doesn't seem interesting, and is receiving much criticism, and isn't very well liked, I feel that if they can bring us interesting background stories, and good action scenes, it may turn out to be a better anime.
