Personal Ratings: 3
Honestly I thought that this anime would be a little like Phantom or Darker than Black, but unfortunately it was quite different. The only thing that is quite similar would be the use of guns. In Phantom and Darker than Black, there were many use of guns in the show. However, unlike the two of the show, this anime's focus point was probably the guns only. There were not much other types of weapons used.

This anime also does not solely focus on the fighting scenes, but also more on the lifestyle of the different girls. The thing that I didn't really like about this show it probably about the same reason as why I didn't really like Kita e: Diamond Dust Drops. They didn't really have a main story line going on, they showed the different girl's life style, totally unconnected to one other. They only have one connection to one another, which isn't a very strong connection that would link all the stories together; which is the fact that they are all under the same organization.
I thought that they should have made a better objective of the anime to follow. I've yet to watch the 2nd season, but I'm hoping that there would be a more solid objective in the next season, and that season 1 was more like an introduction.

Though that being said, I think what made me make the ratings a little higher was probably the quality of each story. I think that each story was really interesting to watch. Because, to some extend, this anime is more on the realistic side, so there was a limit on how much they can think out of the box. Despite that, I think that each story was really in depth and somehow interesting.
The last few episodes were also really interesting. I just didn't like the lack of objective, which makes it seem like the whole anime didn't actually ended at all. (Well technically it didn't end since there was a season 2).

Art Ratings: 2
One huge factor that made the anime boring, was the animation and art. The art is pretty old looking, not to blame them since this anime was from 2003.
But compared to other old anime series, I really do think that there was a lack of variety and the lack of animation. The characters all looked really stiff and straight. There was nothing good about the art or the animation.
